Incredibly helpful service! I booked a surprise massage for my girlfriend who is vacationing in the area. They were very attentive & friendly in helping me with the booking. I bought my Dad a gift certificate for a massage and unfortunately he didn’t enjoy his experience, he said the lady that greeted him was not friendly and just asked him if he needed to use the bathroom, then the lady that did his massage was not friendly either and asked him again if he needed to use the bathroom. I’m not sure what that was all about. Then he said he was very uncomfortable in the massage chair because he was not given anything to support his neck so when he left he felt dizzy. I’m very disappointed that he didn’t enjoy his experience and I feel like I wasted my money. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I know he won’t either.
