Pros: she accepted to redo the parts I asked her as well as thining the ends of my eyebrows twice and making my eyebrows symmetrical. Cheaper price for full face threading ($35) than other places by 5-10$. Comfortable chairs for both waiting area as well as the service chair, clean salon, automated reservation system, accepts Apple Pay (not the Discover CC but Amex CC works).

1 have tried 3 different threading specialists here and none of them are skilled/ good at the their job. But, they are very good listeners and carefully listen to what I want/ how I want my eyebrows and try their best. The place is nice and clean. It’s a bit expensive too. My only choice in this neighborhood. I wish they could get more training.

This is the worst threading place I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place and the lady’s that work there a lot of chances. I keep on going there because is close to my house but every time they tend do mess up my eyebrows. I am supper mad at this place. They don’t know how to listen to what us as customers ask for. And the new girl that started/ the girl that did my eyebrows has an attitude problem. If you working with customers at least be nice.
