Positive: Professionalism, QualityI asked for twists with my natural hair and they came out nicely. The sizing is a bit inconsistent because she did verify with me the size when she started but by the time she finished they were noticeably smaller. Next time I will ask for a bigger size. A tad unhygienic; the towel she used to dry my hair had colored hair on it. Being hopeful, it was just extension/braiding hair. I asked for twists with my natural hair and they came out nicely. The sizing is a bit inconsistent because she did verify with me the size when she started but by the time she finished they were noticeably smaller. Next time I will ask for a bigger size. They gave me a crochet Afro and after told me they didn’t know how to do passion twist and still expected me to pay 120!!! I asked for small box braids they gave me big box braids and the parts where not straight and she cut some of my hair off that was sticking out of the braid. Smh I will never go there again

This is the worst place ever, I took my neice here. I explained what i wanted done to her hair, she sent me a picture of what they was doing. It did not look good, i said maybe it looks this way cause its not finished. Got there to pick her up, her hair was a complete MESS. Look like it was done by someone in the streets, the braids was very sloppy. When i addressed the issue, they seen nothing wrong with it. Started accusing me of not wanting to pay, locked the door and everything. The end result they took the braids out of my nieces hair, I Was Not Paying 140.00 for garbage. I recommend No One Goes Here The only reason they got a star cause you have to rate 1

The people are rude. They speak badly about people that are sitting right in front of them. I watched a little girl cry getting her hair braided and she told them she could understand everything they were saying. And they started laughing and teasing her. Even with myself I called in advanced to see if it was too late to come, I told them I was coming from long island and it would take a half an hour and they told me it wasn’t a problem, after starting my hair she started complaining rudely about me coming late and told me the next time that they wouldn’t do my hair. I haven’t been back since.

The shop itself is not appealing. In my opinion when people are spending 100$ of dollars to get their hair done they should get the service as well. The shop is poorly kept and smelled bad.

The owner I think her name is Khadejah or something…. EXTREMELY rude. I will never recommend anyone to go in there ever. I walked in and i asked her if she could do my braids for the following week because my birthday was the same week. I came in for my appointment at 10am there where 5 people ahead of me. How do you book all your appointments around the same time? There was no air conditioning in that small uncomfortable looking place. I asked her would she be able to get to my head and she said yes but she will call me around 1:30 that afternoon. She never called! I gave her a call the next day, and she said she never told me any such thing and she doesnt know who I am, and that I should never call her again and hung up. Horrible! Thank God Marcia’s Beauty Place (right up the street) was able to do my hair and I’ve been going to Marcia since I was 15, and I payed like 115 for box braids that flowed down my back. The other lady wouldve charged $160. I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll stick to what I know next time!
