I was greeted immediately upon entering. I was waited on immediately as well. They sat me on one of their massage chairs and it rolled out all the knots in my back. The nail tech who did my nails was very meticulous. He did an amazing job. His name is Jason. He is definitely recommended. Ask for him, for a perfect nail job.

Do not ever get your nails done by the lady that sits at #14 station. She has orange shoulder length hair that looks like she tried to do blonde but it came out brassy. She is so impatient and when she is done with your hand she pushes it at you like she is trying to tell you to hurry the hell up. No cuticle clean up at all. Yuck! Her $50 pedicures have sea salt scrub but she scrubs your legs for 30 seconds and then washes them off. No massage whatsoever and she is rude when you do not do as she wants you to do with how to place your feet. Very poor customer service. I was not offered a drink and she left my fingers dirty. I asked if she could clean them up and she said “no we don’t do that. You can wash your hands three times and it will come off. Do not ever use her!!!! She is horrible.

My friend and I came to San Antonio for work. We finally had a day off after a 90 hour work week, so you can only imagine how bad we wanted to relax and enjoy a nice mani/pedi. Came here after a recommendation from coworker. Arrived at 6:15pm on a Thursday, at 6:50 they proceeded to tell us they couldn’t do our pedicures and could only do our nails. He started on my friends nails at 7 and then another guy started mine at 7:15. My nails were RUSHED within 40 minutes If that, by the time I was finished my friend was still getting her nails done. Took another 20 minutes or so then she was finished. (Hers looked great) mine were completely un even, bad paint job, and terrible shape. Paid over $100 for a horrible full set. Again, completely rushed. Returned the next day for the pedicures we scheduled an appointment for and to get my nails fixed. Never received pedicure after waiting so we decided to take our business elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There’s only 1 decent nail tech, horrible customer service, and just a downright disappointment in every way. Plus looks dirty.

It was my first time here at SA Nails Spa and everyone was so nice when I entered. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. They really do take their time and make sure you’re comfortable every part of your experience. My nails always get compliments. They go the extra mile and make your creative ideas become reality!

Appointment system does not work… set up appt at 10am with Steven… when I arrived at 955 he was already helping another customer. He apologized and said no one had written it down. However I only waited 15min. And Steven’s overall work made up for this wait! Lovely full set.

I had an amazing experience at SA Nails Spa Always happy with my dipping powder nails. Very informative and super friendly staff. Every time I have gotten my nails done here it’s been extremely busy but the nail techs still took their time and did an incredible time. I tried this salon because my nail tech was out of town, and I’m so happy I did.

Excellent service at SA Nails Spa! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. They offer all kinds of services with a staff that aims to please My nails come out exactly how I want them , and I never have any issues! The environment is so relaxing and the treatments are fabulous!

I was in there yesterday 22 December 2022 the young lady sit directly in front of the entrance she seems bother upset she keep going on her phone soaking my fingers liquid acetoner her face upset don’t seems to like her job she pull and throws my arms and filling she cut and scratch up around my fingers I woke up this morning with fingers hurting and burning when trying to wash dishes it is ver painful I will not recommend this shop she did not ash the customer what she wanted . Widen the pictures and see the cuts and Bruce’s on my fingers.
