This place is amazing!! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Got my acrylic nails by Helen, and she is the sweetest and best nail tech I’ve ever had. Recently just moved here to Redlands, and was struggling finding a good nail salon I could go to. It’s such a spacious and relaxing place to get your nails done, and SUPER EASY to book an appointment. Finally found the place to go, and it’s at s3xy nail lounge. I have come here A LOT since opening because they were really nice when they first opened. Today I called for gel manicure and the lady said come on in. I show up and tell her I want a gel manicure, she tells one of the men workers to work on me. He’s half listening with headphones in his ears while on the phone. He immediately starts chopping my nails off!! I asked what he was doing and he said he thought I said full set! Im so beyond sad..a day before NYE and he cut my nails soo short. He then asked if I wanted fake ones and I said absolutely not. The entire point was to put gel and my beautiful nails I had grown out for weeks. I let him proceed although I knew my nails were screwed. The manager/owner then gives me. $10 discount. Are you kidding me? I’ve spent over a thousand dollars here and recommended friends here and this is what I get. Thank you for the ugliest nails that I have to live with for NYE

So glad to have a high quality salon in Redlands! David gave me a fantastic gel pedicure and Karen is a whiz at gel-x for my manicure. Everyone is super friendly and funny and the 10% off deal cannot be beat. I walked out paying $107 for both services INCLUDING tip! A steal. I’ll be back! Thanks guys!
