I have long hair and asked for a simple 1″ trim. I said that I wanted to keep it long. He ignored my request and then proceeded to cut off 4 to 5 inches. And it was done unevenly. I didn’t notice until it was too late because I wasn’t facing the mirror during the cut. I will not be coming back. He does regular short men’s haircuts fine, but has no idea how to cut longer hair. I was polite, tipped anyway, but the damage was done.

This is definitely a great barber shop to go to. I felt like I had stepped into a time machine and went back to the 50’s. When you are waiting make sure to look in their detailed photo album next to the TV and reading material. It has some great history of the shop and Woodstock square in it. One thing I’d like to remind everyone is that this is a cash only barber shop. Overall I got a great haircut and it was quick and exactly what I wanted. Can’t beat their price either and you walk out feeling and looking good.
