I made an appointment twice and she told me to come that she would be open, I arrive she has 3 cuts in front of me asking if I’d like to wait she’s done it to me twice. Both times I walked out and refused to wait. Very unprofessional on not being respectful or considerate to appointments or clients time. If you make an appointment with her and someone comes in before your appointment she’ll sit them and when you come in for your APPOINTMENT now you’re waiting due to her unprofessionalism. Best salon here in Shakopee far as I’m concerned. Within walking distance from my home, staff is friendly and does great job. Prices are reasonable which really helps when you’re living on a fixed income.

Once i got there i got kick off the chair cause 3 people all had appointments that they were late for show up. I had to wait for 2 hour to get a 15 minute hair cut. They gave me my eyebrow triming free but they dont have change and i pretty much paid for the whole thing.
