I was very pleased with this salon. I don’t go to salons often but I finally decided it was time to get the blue hair I’ve always dreamed of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Micaela was my salon specialist and she did a wonderful job. She made me feel very comfortable during the whole procedure which is mainly why I’m writing this review. I felt she was making a genuine connection. I’m curious now to explore other services they offer!

My 8 year old asked to take her mustache off. She said it was bothering her and she didn’t like it. I’m guessing a kid at school said something. I called to get information about waxing and they said we could do a consultation. My daughter decided to go ahead and do it after the consultation. We saw Wendy. She was fantastic! KAYLA IS THE SHIZ!!! request for her when you book your appointment. she is so so sweet, genuine, and all around positive energy. she will give you the best cut, she knows what she’s doing & what looks good. She’s been going on 8 years of experience and I notice she still dedicates herself to each client as if they are her first. i honestly was nervous to get my hair done as it’s been yearsss since I stepped into a salon. She made me feel so comfortable & at home, I didn’t even realize she was done bc of how lost in our conversation I was! It never felt rushed & by the end of it, I walked out feeing like a new confident woman! she knew how to handle my hair I’m definitely coming back again and ONLY here from now on to get my hair done. A big bonus for me was the affordability! For a basic women’s cut most places charge 60-80+ for no reason. I’m happy to say that even w my coarse hair & dry/damaged ends, AND a last minute request for some bangs, my total still came out under that. which I was especially happy about as I was able to leave an extra tip for her, she deserves it.

She is extremely sweet and gentle with the scissors and blow outs. My hair was all type of messed up. Erin managed to fix it while maintaining the hair length. I truly walked out happy without frizz and products that tamed my hair. Receptionist was super sweet and manger Karyn really wants to make sure you are happy with your experience and that means a lot for a customer. What I am most dissatisfied is that my hair was not cut probably. I asked for my hair to only be cut chest length. It was cut above my shoulder and one side longer than the other. I have thick hair wavy hair. The lady was teaching me about the products while putting them on my hair. So much product was put into my hair. I had to go home and wash my hair because I came out the salon with frizzy hair. I do not want to bash her because she was nice lady but I expected more from her 26 years of experience. UPDATE: I went back and DID get lighter but only my roots are copper and my ends are blonde. We’re getting closer! I included a picture from when I got home and styled it with familiar products, it’s wet and looks darker, but I am blonde on the ends.
