Critical: Professionalism0 Stars.*Baybrook Mall locale.This would have been my first time trying this service.I was trying to purchase the 10 Brow service for $60, but they said I couldn’t get that package without a reason or any explanation given to me whatsoever. They acted as if I had made that package deal up when I first asked about it. I pointed to one of the signs & one of the lady workers went to go look at it. Sure enough they denied that package to me even though the sign on their window was advertising it. It most certainly didn’t have an end date as you can see on the pictures I took. Not satisfied with the older ladies on threading or tinting my eyebrows. The lady actually told me that I have to come another time for shaping. The name of the place is S.H.A.P.E.S ♀️ might I add, my last threading and tint were at this location. Very disappointed. I will drive to Pearland or Alvin before visiting this place again. They need more ladies to keep up with demand.

Critical: QualityI had a membership for unlimited brow and lip threading, and I gave it up because the service was progressively worse each time I went. They threaded my eyebrows too short and wanted me to buy tea tree oil to grow the ends back. My eyebrows have been back to normal since I switched back to waxing. Plus they kept having me pull the skin on my eye so tight it was uncomfortable. The membership would have been a great value had the customer service and quality of work been better. I had a membership for unlimited brow and lip threading, and I gave it up because the service was progressively worse each time I went. They threaded my eyebrows too short and wanted me to buy tea tree oil to grow the ends back. My eyebrows have been back to normal since I switched back to waxing. I went there Sunday and this young woman did my eyebrow just the middle but she still messed with eyebrows and chopped a good bit, lip and chin and was so rough I started to bleed I told her stop she said that she had to do it that way cause it hurts more if she does it slowly. So I just paid and left. This woman is rough and unprofessional and then still ask for a tip. They are talking in their language over you and they all speak English I see no need for them to talk like that when they have customers in that only speak English unless they are talking about customers. They are rude and I see from previous post a picture of the woman that serviced me so I’m going to post her.

There were two ladies who worked on 3/27. One of which was young and the other was an older lady. After getting in a disagreement bc I didn’t like the way my eye brows were done they then proceeded to laugh in my face and refuse to give my money back. At the end of the situation they were both threatening and in my face screwaming at me until I walked out of the Baybrook mall. I tried to call customer service and told them the situation which they then told me I am allowed to walk back in and get my refun for my eyebrows of 13.00. She then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have 13 only 11. After arguing back and forth I took the 11$ and the younger girl proceeded to follow me out of the store yelling in my face and threatening to hit me. I have pictures of both which I will post. After trying to contact the Service center because they said they didn’t have a manager the service number screened my call so I could not make a formal complaint or show them the footage of the ladies and how I was treated. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOR MONEY. They will y’all in their language so you can’t understand while they are laughing at you while I was standing there crying about my service that was done on my eye brows. If you work at an employment in the mall and can speak English then speak it in front of your customer. Do not talk in your language so no one understands and you can make fun of them. The most disrespectful disgusting human beings I’ve ever met in my life. I will proceed to take further measurements on how to take action against these two employees that were verbally abusive and blatantly disrespectful. My advice to you all is to never give business to people that come to this country just to be disrespectful and lie to you. She said I was unable to get my money back but once I got on the phone the man at customer service said there should be no issue getting my returned service fee. So they were stealing my money. I pay for a service I like if you do not know how to do your job then do not work at an employment where you have to have customer service skills. I’m the end they handled the situation completely wrong and I was going in circles and being put on hold until the blocked my number from the service line. I will not stop until these two ladies have paid for how they treated me as a customer.

Omg never will I come here again!! I went here the other day, and not only were they extremely rude but she messed my brows up!! She made one part super thin, middle,pinched my skin many times and cut it with the thread, and had the gall to get me buy their brow kit!!! Ladies, don’t come here! There are better places and you won’t be happy with their practices! I swear they do this on purpose to make more $$ with their kit.
