Miscommunication with timing for appointment, but overall it was very nice being the only client in shop. It was wonderful to chat with stylist (very sweet & kind), watch tv and leave with kinky twist in 3.5 hours.

Critical: ProfessionalismI asked for a certain hair style and showed a picture and they did whatever they felt. Then was fussy about it and of course they are speaking French but Aisha continued to state it was my fault. If i didn’t say the correct terminology i had a picture for reference the convenience of them being in Hiram is not worth the bad customer service. I asked for a certain hair style and showed a picture and they did whatever they felt. Then was fussy about it and of course they are speaking French but Aisha continued to state it was my fault. If i didn’t say the correct terminology i had a picture for reference the convenience of them being in Hiram is not worth the bad customer service. The owner is no better.

I got there at 11am the other day… I was the only customer, one lady wanted to help… the other two slept on the couch and talked on the phone instead of helping get my hair done. One woman walked over and touched my hair claiming it was too thick and she didn’t want to do it. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. They never even spoke to me once the owner left. I ended up leaving at 9 pm. I have never been to a shop where more than one person didn’t help with hair… so that was disappointing and I believe they thought I was younger than I am, because the older women I know that recommended me did not have to put up with this….
