I came in expecting great service but the pedicure was rushed and she left nail polish all over my toes. I also was not walked to the dryers and put myself in my chair, other people were, also nearly every nail salon I’ve been too they give you a massage at the dryers but this did not, she just walked away. Very annoying as the pedicure is $35 for it to be sloppy, uneven, and rushed. Very disappointing.

The place is clean enough but not very up to date or welcoming/cozy. Also, there’s 2 different doors you can walk in which can be confusing if it’s your first time (it was my first time) and do not know which is the front door to get to the quintessential “front desk.” My nail tech was not friendly in any way, and also not *mean* – maybe she smiled back at me once. I am very kind, welcoming and friendly and my experience at other salons in Rye are typically very pleasant and friendly so maybe this is why I expected it to be like this. She did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut or filed or what shape I’d like them filed in (i know they do ask this because I heard a different nail tech ask her customer these questions). I saw 2-3 other customers getting at least a little massage from their nail tech, but mine did not mention anything or ask me if I would like one etc. Of course yes I could have asked but I felt like I wasn’t a very important customer there so I was ready to go and did not feel comfortable asking any questions to be honest. Also- I saw a nail tech gift someone a box (I think it was lotion) and no, I don’t know if that customer maybe had more expensive services than me) but at 2 different nail places in town, they were giving out little gifts this time of year too and EVERY customer received one. Nails turned out alright. Color selection for gel manicure is much smaller than any nail place I’ve been to in years, probably ever. I don’t think I will return but again my nails in the end don’t look bad or anything. I’ll see how long they last..

Nice place, great ambiance, and FANTASTIC pedicures. The only complaint I have, is the manicure. I love my nails long and they’re usually pretty strong, but my nail tech worked my babies too hard when removing my powder and even with the gel mani they are thin and brittle now. I will still visit as it’s close to my job, but only for pedicures, and would recommend they soak off powder rather than using the cotton ball/aluminum foil method.
