I thought they did a good job at first. Five days later all my gel nails were peeling or chipped. They said they would only fix nails for up to three days. I would understand if it was only one nail but it was all of them.

I was really happy with the customer service of this place- I was using a gift card that someone had bought me and I forgot about. Then I asked for a different color on each nail- listen, it’s winter and having a rainbow surprise me when I take off my boots is directly addressing my seasonal depression- they were so nice about it! I wasn’t impressed by the facility, but the nail tech was very sweet.

I have been going to Ryan’s Nails for years now. My usual tech is Julie and she makes me laugh and does a good job. I have had each of the techs there do my nails (acrylic set with gel polish, sometimes pedicure) and they are each wonderful! You want to call ahead and schedule because they get filled up. Clean, friendly, affordable, large polish selection.

Rude, unprofessional arrived on time for nail fill & pedicure. Was informed she was running way late, when I stated I didn’t have time to wait I was told to go to the Walmart nail salon. I had made my appt. 2 weeks in advance. One time before this I made an appt. for both services & only got one because she didn’t put the right time down. I returned because eveyone has a bad day. A text or call informing she was behind would of been appreciated, I could of adjusted my schedule. Julies’ excuse was the client before the one sitting in her chair was really late.

A wonderful woman name Becky did my nails. I’m not having the best day at all, she was very attentive, gentle, and soothing. She listened to exactly what I wanted, did not push anything, and has such a gentle, EXACT execution when it comes it nails. I really enjoyed her company, and would recommend to anyone.

I have been coming to Ryan’s Nails for 3 years. Justin does a great job and always answers any questions I may have. Their prices are fair and the staff is all very friendly with their customers and each other. I get gel manicures and pedicures and I am always happy with the results. I highly recommend Justin and Julie and their staff!

I felt so Welcome. When I went in Julie talked to me. Yes me, I felt like a customer an old friend. We laughed and talked. I was not a dollar sign to them. I was treated and well. The price is great! Better than other places. I no longer look like I have fat fingers. AKA duck fingers. And they have TONS of colors to choose from. I like them s lot. It is a bit of a drive, that’s okay though. I will drive there.
