Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here twice for a hair cut and dye. The first time I was seen at the time of my appointment but the second I was called in advance to be informed that the hair stylist was running a little behind. They are very professional and even offer free touch ups within a week in case the cut isn’t exactly how you want it. I have wavy/curly hair and I always find it hard to find someone who knows how to cut my hair. I wish I remembered the name of the one who cut my hair because it was the best cut of my life. I’ve been here twice for a hair cut and dye. The first time I was seen at the time of my appointment but the second I was called in advance to be informed that the hair stylist was running a little behind. They are very professional and even offer free touch ups within a week in case the cut isn’t exactly how you want it. Kressha did an amazing job with my hair and even was flexible with what I wanted while still keeping my hair color modest for my job. She thoroughly explained everything and also expressed her concerns rather than keeping them hidden like most stylists. As long as I am in Virginia she will definitely be my stylist.

Kressha and staff are nice. I read the reviews and thought I found a local salon that’d be great. To be honest, she’s just okay. I have yet to find a stylist that I absolutely love every time. She’s gone out of her way to right a wrong a couple of times because she wants you to be happy. So can’t complain there. Just not that impressed.
