Took my son and daughter here 12/11/2022 2PM appointment. So the first thing that made me uncomfortable is they ask you to pay before the massage, but OK maybe that’s protocol? Then on tip place I left blank due to you would give a tip depending on how the service was, correct me if I’m wrong!? The lady at the desk aggressively says NO NO!! U MUST LEAVE TIP- i thought again the service hasn’t been done yet and I would like to wait but went ahead and added a 10 dollar tip just so she would stop waisting time because we were now on our massage time. She then hollers at me and points to the bottom of the receipt.. NO NO!!! YOU CAN NOT LEAVE SMALL TIP!! SHE THEN POINTS AT THE 20 30 or 40% spot and says you must do one of these!! She was so aggressive I just scratched the 10 and added the 20% I WILL NEVER RETURN!! This was such an uncomfortable situation for me!! And my thought is .. had she of just waited she probably would have gotten a 40% tip because both my son and daughter we’re very satisfied with the massage minus it being 10 min short due to her robbing me in the lobby! It’s truly how this situation felt! Go somewhere else if you want to feel comfortable! I assure you this is NOT the place for anyone!!!

I and my husband came in and the male started massaging one of my husband’s feet and only to stop in mid-activity to tell us that they would have to provide a refund to us because a white couple had called before us and we were both at the old locations. Keep in mind it clearly states that they are a walk-in service. The money was returned to our card but I just don’t think that is how quality customer service is done. He still had butter location on the one foot and leg that the man men the man massaged. This is not a place that provides service to African American people, please avoid them and spend your money someplace else.

When I went in I could barely turn my head. Came out feeling so much better. This place is wonderful. The masseuse is extremely professional and has some serious strong hands. I feel rejuvenated. Prices are great also.

Got a couples massage here today. The massage itself was pretty good however I did not like how you pay first. Also the lady who was giving me my massage kept answering the phone and talking to people calling in it was extremely rude. The worst part was at the end we were walking to the register to give the lady a tip when she chased us down and said wait you have to pay your tip. She said I worked hard you have to pay your tip. This is not how you get a tip it was almost embarrassing and insulting to me thinking we we’re leaving without giving a tip. However due to the way I was approached she did not get a tip and our waitress at dinner got a great tip !

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismScheduled a couples massage, showed up on time, got settled into treatment room, and just one person entered to do do the massage. We were told to wait for five minutes for the next person to show up and begin. Within a few minutes a female showed up, began massaging my wife. The door chime kept sounding and they kept leaving and entering the room.. in total three different females showed up and massage my wife, the fourth person was a guy. I looked up and saw a man about to begin treatment, informed my wife who stopped him…. my wife was topless, and this establishment did not have the courtesy to ask her if she was okay before the guy entered the room. So in total 4 different individuals were sent to treat my wife…not professional at all. Not to mention with all the going and coming, the DID NOT give us our entire hour of treatment as we paid for. This was supposed to be a relaxing event but it was more disruptive and stressful than relaxing. Will not go back again.
