I brought my own dye. All she had to do was mix it with developer. She used the wrong developer number. The color did not take. She gave me the haircut she wanted to give me. She told me she didn’t shave sides. I tried to make it easy for her so I said to just trim it. I wanted bangs. I did not get bangs. I was charged $61 for a trim!! I am crying because this was supposed to be a treat for myself. I am disgusted! DO NOT GO HERE!!
