I go to Ruth Salon often their prices are not consistent I took my mom about 1 1/2 ago they charged her $25.00 took her this past week and they charged her $40.00 mind you my mom’s hair is short and all she wanted was edging on the sides…..I also did my hair wash, blow and straighten usually I would pay $30.00 they charged me $45.00 crazy. If they want to keep customers they should have their prices the same not change them when they fell like it. I understand everything has gone up, but they have been doing this for a while….KEEP YOUR PRICES THE SAME!!!!!

I got a hair wash, trim, and blow dry and Ruth’s hair salon and charged me $60. The girl that did my hair was very nice and careful with my hair since is very thin, does not require a lot of work per say, but the price that The owner or person in charge priced me was ridiculous. I recommend the girl that did my hair but not the business, You don’t overcharged customers if you want to keep them. Not business smart.

This is a good salon, the problem is that their prices for the same service (wash, cut and dry) changes constantly and is never the same. I recently had my hair cut by my great hairdresser Alessandra. Alessandra toke her time to suggest styles that works best for me. I cut my long hair into a Blunt Bob. I am in love with my cut. One problem that I noticed while getting my hair cut and style is that owner kept rushing my hairdresser, making none-stop suggestions, and won’t leave her alone to focus on her client. Very disappointing experience, let your talented employees do their job.

Alexandra is the bomb!! But Ruth burned my head and my hair. My hair would always go back to its natural state with Alexandra but I believe Ruth burned it out with wayyyyy too much heat. My hair looks stringy and straight at the ends now.

One of the hair stylist burned my wrist they didn’t react or say sorry just responded it happens. She also burned my scalp. They didn’t have an ice machine or a first aid kit. I had to tell her to stop and give me cold water I have a scar now. My hair was cut horrible not even. And they charged me extra for having thick hair even though they cut it all off. I would not recommend this place I have had other Dominican hair stylist do my hair without burning me.

I was charged 75 dollars for a touch up relaxer. It’s really hurtful when you are over charged. And when I said something the lady looking at me asking about a tip my tip to her is you won’t have any good luck cheating people out of there money. Never will I go there again..she didn’t even flat iron my hair only used the blow dryer.
