Terrible—my husband had long curly hair. Needed a hair & beard trim. He called prior to coming in to ensure they knew how to trim mens curly hair. Not only did the barber not know what he was doing but it seems that the other barbers watched as this guy chopped away at my husbands hair. They offered clips to help section his hair but never stepped in. He has long pieces hanging—just truly unbelievable.

Got a bad haircut. Not at all what I wanted. I came in with long curly hair and wanted short curls and a low fade. What I got is basically a buzz cut on the side and a ugly boxy/pinhead. The only thing going for them is the barber was a genuinely nice dude.
