Crystal is an extremely talented stylist I’ve been going to for years! She is very honest and will tell you straight forward if something is off and do everything she can to make it better! Coming from my own background in cosmetology she talked me through everything she was doing, why she was doing it a certain way and her plan of how to get my hair from A to B.

She took my hair from black to blonde while maintaining the integrity of my hair. Her attention to detail is like none other and it’s obviously she truly loves what she does! Critical: ValueI got completely scammed here. Went in, explained what I wanted done only to be told my request was going to cost me hundreds (upwards of 400). I wanted a baylage and had an old one that had faded. She called it a color correction & said since it was gonna cost me hundreds we would opting for a more cost efficient option (LOL.) Gave me a gloss & toner & charged me 290, which anyone in the hair industry knows is absurd. It washed out within a week. My hair looks exactly the way it did when I went in I’m all for support small businesses, but now I’m going to a high end salon in Boston & getting what I actually want done for the same price Crystal charged me. I originally came to her with sun-in in my hair and it was a shade of orange blonde. She was very careful and came up with a gradual coloring plan to get me back to a natural shade of blonde. This was an ongoing process as most color corrections are. Now my hair is a healthy beautiful blonde and I get compliments all the time. Crystal’s professional advice on the integrity of the quality of my hair has brought it from blorange and dried out to healthy and completely hydrated and shining.
