April is the Waxing Ninja!!! Honestly the process of my Brazilian waxing is totally pain free only because the way April handling the Waxing technique!!! She makes me comfortable and she is friendly too!!! I’ve tried a lot of famous waxing salons and nothing suits me the best!!! Truly I would recommend to go for Brazilian waxing to April instead of spending time and money in other cozy waxing salons!!! Because April is fast in her work and the price is reasonable too!!!

I have been getting waxed by April for over 2 years now. She is absolutely fantastic!!! I absolutely love the salon, it’s so inviting with a cozy rustic feel to it. Cute quiant salon with a relaxed vibe. Went to get a Brazilian wax done due to a promotion on Groupon and it was worth it. Once there I met up with April and she was very professional. She did a fantastic job and explained how they had a waxing membership available that caters to you which is fantastic! I highly recommend going, as the salon is very hygienic and April was informative and friendly.

After my daughter received a waxing service from staff member, April, she was treated rudely and inappropriately as a customer and let me tell you why. April would NOT honor the GROUPON that my daughter got off the website immediately before she arrived for her appointment. April went to check out my daughter and when she proceeded to swipe my daughter’s card, the card had an insufficient amount of balance to pay for the sale. (There would have been sufficient balance if she HONORED the GROUPON). My daughter apologized and informed April that she would need a few minutes to do a transfer from one bank account to this one attached to the debit card. April, in my daughter’s opinion, gave my daughter a rude attitude, was very impatient and was short with her and obviously annoyed. She proceeded to say that there was no money on the card and would not listen to what my daughter was telling her. The money was transferred and April ran the card twice. She treated my daughter like a criminal, instead of the client who chose that salon to receive a service. My daughter received a rash after the waxing, and will never return to this establishment.
