I recently got my haircut by her, and was unhappy with the outcome. When I reached out to her about it and told her I was not comfortable letting her cut my hair anymore to fix it, she completely stopped responding to me. I said I would be willing to come in if another stylist was there. Very unprofessional to just stop responding. I have had 3 other stylists look at my hair and it’s so uneven. One side is longer then the other. There was lots of long chunks left underneath, lots of chunks of hair missing in the back, unblended layers on only one side, and they’re very short layers when I asked for long layers. If she didn’t know how to do the haircut I wish she would have just told me. Instead I either have to cut it very short to fix it or just live with this mess until I grows out enough to fix. I’ve literally been crying about this haircut for days. I’m more upset with how she handled it then anything. If I would have gotten it looked at by another stylist at the salon or a refund I would have just left it at that. Don’t let this happen to you, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

I found Rustic Roots by total accident and thought what the hell. My hair was untouched for probably close to 8 years, dry, yucky split ends, and box colored (which is apparently blasphemy to most) before I came here. I’m blown away she made this happen.
