Had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. She tried to talk me out of what I was asking for and didn’t give me what I asked for. I said I wanted face framing pieces and cascading layers. No bangs and an even perimeter. She tried texturizing my hair… curly hair already has texture. Didn’t understand how much my hair bounces up with it being curly after wearing it down for her when I walked in. Do not recommend if you have curly hair. I’m stuck with choppy layers (might as well asked for a wolf cut) and bangs that I didn’t want

Had a really bad experience with Melissa, ruined a brand new shirt by repeatedly soaking the collar in hair dye because she couldn’t get the collar on the bib right, this seemed crazy but i didn’t say anything.
