Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place! I drive a little bit of a distance for the service they provide. I used to hate getting my hair done and I wouldn’t look in the mirror until I left for fear. But not here, they do an amazing job and help you with what your vision is. They’re great people who are respectful and make you feel so welcomed. I see Amanda to get extensions in my hair since I have thin frail hair due to medical condition and of course genetics. Thank you for always making my experience wonderful and working with my crazy schedule to fit me in. Amanda takes great pride in her work and I love after cutting your hair or coloring she will style/curl it for fun so you go home feeling beautiful. Critical: ProfessionalismPoor customer service and very rude to clients. I received hair styling treatments from Amanda and she is rude to her customers and expects her clients to work around her schedule but does not offer the same courtesy back to her clients. She expects her clients to juggle their schedule when she wants to reschedule or move an appointment time with little notice given to accommodate her needs, but will chastise clients if they are 5 minutes late for an appointment.
