I am posting this review on behalf of my husband who told me about why he will no longer go back to this particular barbershop and I felt it was worth mentioning in a review. The man that runs his barbershop had a room full of people waiting I would say three or four because it’s a small place including my husband and she was being very rude and making comments like “oh great! I’m never going to get to eat my soup all these people just keep coming in….” He was very short with everybody and kept making little rude quips in regard to having customers. he even made a comment about a man’s disability who was quite elderly and I was having a lot of trouble getting around it was shocking and I and my husband couldn’t believe he actually said it .My husband is a very loyal type and stayed with his last barber for over 30 years who recently retired but he was so disgusted by this guy‘s behavior that he told me he needed to find somebody else, and he did. I was never impressed with his haircuts that he received there they were very sloppy and rushed looking and the customer service for this owner operator is really poor. His advice, find someplace else.

Shane Brown handles my spazzy 5 year old with grace and class. Goes as slow as he has to works around me reading books to him. Always polite and friendly. We adore him. The Shoppe is so cute and has many old hair cutting devices to wonder about. Yes it’s an old building but that’s old wyoming for ya. The “my first haircut” photo book is such a treat to look through. My son looks like a stud, endures the clipper, isn’t stressed out and even gets a treat at the end. Last time I didn’t have enough cash for tip. Shane was so gracious about it. I promised to get him back double next time. Tonight he earned a $15.00 tip. Gotta get our man back. Thanks Shane. Your a classy guy.
