Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWe used Runway for our wedding hair and make up and it was a dream! Natalie did the bridal party hair and Chanel did the make up and we never looked so good! I had so many compliments on how it was it just the right amount of glam but still looked like myself!! The entire group was amazed at the services and not to mention they came on site and were on time and even finished us early! Highly recommend! The girls were so great! We used Runway for our wedding hair and make up and it was a dream! Natalie did the bridal party hair and Chanel did the make up and we never looked so good! I had so many compliments on how it was it just the right amount of glam but still looked like myself!! The entire group was amazed at the services and not to mention they came on site and were on time and even finished us early! Highly recommend! The girls were so great! I had a bridal updo at another salon and they canceled on me the night before my wedding. I called runway hysterical because who would take a last minute appointment. Well they did. Ella is the most talented and sweetest person I have met. She made me feel so comfortable she went beyond my expectations of my updo I even came back later in the day to get my veil put in. She saved my wedding and I cannot thank her enough. This place exceeded every single expectation I could have asked for every worker is so kind and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. Not 1 time did I feel like I was an inconvenience to anyone especially Ella on her day off. If u could give this place more then a 5 star I would. I had a bridal updo at another salon and they canceled on me the night before my wedding. I called runway hysterical because who would take a last minute appointment. Well they did. Ella is the most talented and sweetest person I have met. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI have tried reaching out to the salon owner, Diana, countless times. The receptionists tell me she is out of the salon, working on a client and will call me later, or the receptionist has even texted her a message from me, still no response. I had my makeup done there for a wedding and to say it was the most unsanitary process would be putting it lightly. Brush after brush was used on my face, and then put back into the case, never to be cleaned between clients. How would she even remember what brushes she used on me? The eye liner pencil was not sharpened or disinfected before or after being used on my eyes, then again put back into the case. When she started applying lipgloss I thought surely I will be keeping this lipgloss! They would not put this applicator on someone else’s lips after it touched mine. Nope! Back into the case. This is not safe or sanitary. I will never be back to Runway Salon and find Diana’s treatment of this situation very unprofessional. I have tried reaching out to the salon owner, Diana, countless times. The receptionists tell me she is out of the salon, working on a client and will call me later, or the receptionist has even texted her a message from me, still no response.
