Since moving from Florida I’ve been terrified to let anyone touch my hair but Kelly at Runway gave me my dream hair and just made it such a fun, friendly experience. My son, who hates getting his hair cut, loved his experience here so much I’m never allowed to cut his hair again lol. I highly recommend choosing runway hair salon for all of your hair needs!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appt at 630. I waited around town after work for 3 hours waiting for my appt, just to walk in & not have anyone speak a word to me for over 6 mins at least. Later another employee asked if I had an appt, but only did so because she had to walk by me to open the door for her own sake. 10 mins after my appt time when the woman closest to the door hadn’t acknowledged me, & the 2 others that did eventually talk to me were busy taking photos on their phone, I walked out. Never going back. Also told my co-worker that recently moved in from out of state to never waste her time here.I had an appt at 630. Didn’t feel good walking into this establishment only to be turned away by someone that wasn’t doing anything .. also I don’t think my skin tone was welcomed ! I don’t recommend anyone of color to even attempt this place
