Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad problems from the start with scheduling online and then when I came in I was told my appointment got canceled when I hadn’t called to cancel. I felt incredibly awkward when I got told she scheduled someone else for my time (yet no one else showed up during the time) but that she’d see what she could do. I only wanted my hair cut not washed and I ended up getting charged $25 for what it showed up as a wash and cut. Quickest hair cut I’ve ever gotten because I didn’t have much done, and I wouldn’t have cared about the price if the experience wasn’t so awkward and minimal. Back to my old hairdresser I go my fault for going somewhere new last minute I guess. Also forgot to add the person I had was Maria and she didn’t sweep the floor with the persons hair who was before me….Update: I’m coming back to add that not long after going and getting my hair cut I had another hair dresser check my hair and it was incredibly uneven from one side to the other. I ended up having to chop so much hair off just to even it out again! Had problems from the start with scheduling online and then when I came in I was told my appointment got canceled when I hadn’t called to cancel. I felt incredibly awkward when I got told she scheduled someone else for my time (yet no one else showed up during the time) but that she’d see what she could do.
