Critical: ValueI made an appointment the other day as a first time customer and the person who serviced me was very nice, she just messed up my hair. I had really long hair and was wanting it cut to my shoulders so I could still put my hair in a ponytail for work (I work at a restaurant) but my hair was cut shorter than I asked for, even with a picture I brought in. My hair is now too short to go in a ponytail and to top it off, it’s not even on both sides. The only reason I made an appointment is because this place was recommended to me by trustworthy people. I won’t be making that mistake again. I made an appointment the other day as a first time customer and the person who serviced me was very nice, she just messed up my hair. I had really long hair and was wanting it cut to my shoulders so I could still put my hair in a ponytail for work (I work at a restaurant) but my hair was cut shorter than I asked for, even with a picture I brought in. I would save my money and go somewhere else. The lady butcher my haircut it doesn’t look like the picture I show her. She use hair clippers in the back of my hair and now there a bald spot in the back of my hair at the neckline.Now I understand why the word Run is in their name because it’s a good place to run away from and not into .
