Had my hair bleached by Drew for my birthday. 1st I told her I wanted my whole head bleached, she chose to do highlights. 2nd she left the bleach on for 2 hrs and totally over processed my hair. Its totally fried! Contact the salon owner. Sent pics and video of another hairdresser having problems getting through my hair while it was wet. She did absolutely nothing for me after my video. I have to do several expensive treatments to repair my hair and it’s still in really bad condition. I would never go back or reccomend them to anyone else.

Called to schedule an appointment, said they would be willing to work me in the following day in between her coloring a ladies hair. Showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, sat for an hour and a half and never once got spoken to. I simply got up and walked out. Will not be returning.
