I had a really sad experience with Chloe. I had been looking for a new stylist and I thought the salon looked really cute. I liked the highlights Chloe gave me, but the second time I saw her she left hair color on the side of my face and it looked like I had a bruise the size of a half dollar. She also sent me out of the salon with wet hair. Not damp, WET. She was running behind, which I understand. She left me during my service to go fix another client’s complaints. That happens, I get that, too. But to send a client out the door with hair color on her face, wet hair, and no mention of a discount was bad. My search for a stylist continues…

I show her a picture of the hair cut/color I want done, and she does it almost to the T (perfect). Every time I’ve come in for a visit, she has been so patient with my over loaded head of hair (I have lots of thick hair), and takes her time to make sure it’s done right and it’s precise. She’s wonderful, fun to sit with, professional, and very reasonable with price. If you need your hair colored/cut, I would recommend Chloe in a heart beat. I have consistently been going to Rumors for years for highlights, haircuts, dyes, etc. and Donna is the best! She collaborates with you to get your hair right for you and is realistic about that process. Rumors is not pushy and is a great environment to get your hair done in. Highly recommend! I don’t usually post reviews but I had such an amazing experience here! They were able to get me in last minute and stayed late to accommodate me. My stylist knew what she was doing and did exactly what I asked for. I didn’t have to tell her to use a wide tooth comb or anything!! Usually my hair is super thick and she was very gentle.
