Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI say with no doubt that Russ is the most skilled barber I have met so far in the whole Eugene/Springfield area, never walked out of there unhappy. The reason I am rating this place 2 stars though is because when it comes to making appointments it is very unprofessional. When you try to make an appointment they don’t give you options or tell you their openings. However they say they would get back to you (as in call back) but it very rarely happens I tried 4 times for the last 2 weeks. It would be convenient for unemployed people and people with nothing to do but for adults with lives and jobs it is very impractical. The reason I am rating this place 2 stars though is because when it comes to making appointments it is very unprofessional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRuss did an amazing job on my nephew’s haircut. He says he is happy and it is the best hair cut he has ever had. We look forward to coming here again.

I’ve been tanning at Rumors for quite some time. The staff is super patient and wonderfully gifted at educating me about my skin tone and healthy tanning procedures. The beds are perfect for giving me an even base tan and not burning my super pale skin to a crisp. Rumors is a must-visit before travel. I was able to go to Belize without a single burn. Also, their stylists are amazing. Cynthia is one of the best braiders and has done beautiful styles for events and she is a master at keeping my super long thick hair deep conditioned. Everytime I come in, there is such a peace to the place. It’s a great establishment with great staff and wonderful laughs.

Russ was great just never available. You leave your name and number for no call back which is lame. Moved on to another barber.

The people here are blessed and make you feel like family. Not to mention that they are AMAZING at what they do! Both haircuts or getting your hair braided its a one stop shop here. On top of that their rates are good and the sense of community here is heavily felt. Make it a point to stop by!

I didn’t even know Rumors existed until a customer of theirs told me about it. I checked it out and I already was inlove with the environment because it was warming, inviting and friendly. I got my hair in braids which was time consuming especially with the length of my hair, but I have to say the hairstylist did an amazing job with me. The work was done effectively because they were invested to care for my hair and to also make sure I was customer satisfied which IAM when I left there yesterday.

Great place to tan at prices you can afford. The people are super friendly and always ask you how your doing. Comfortable atmosphere for sure. Check it out.

Staff is very friendly. The stylish new exactly what and how I wanted it done. Makes getting hair Braided and hair faded was a back home experience for me.
