I came here for a SUPER big cut off. I probably cut at least a foot of my hair off. My stylist was Diane she was very down to earth. She made a lot of recommendations on my hair type since I was having issues. I made a follow up appointment and am super pleased with everyone there. Front desk staff was very friendly shampoo ladies were very gentle. Great experience would highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe worst experience I have ever had. I showed the girl a picture she was so confident and it turned out nothing like it. Half of my hair was dark and the other half was light. I had to go into work the next day like that because she didn’t want to stay and fix it that night. Then I went back and she said she wasn’t confident that she could make it to what I wanted so she just made it all one ugly color. My Hair is now an ugly dark red/purple. The worst experience I have ever had. I showed the girl a picture she was so confident and it turned out nothing like it. Half of my hair was dark and the other half was light. I had to go into work the next day like that because she didn’t want to stay and fix it that night. Every time I go to Rumors I always love the work they do on my hair! I recently needed a quick-fix, and they fit me in as soon as possible. Wow! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This group of ladies spent all weekend preparing my hair and make up for Miss Maryland. Not only did I see them never stop working, but they put 110% effort into every girl that sat in the chair. Nicole did my hair and Mary did my make up… I wish I had them on standby to help me prepare for everyday!! Literally AMAZING! Plus, they are so reasonable in pricing! Preparing for a pageant is far from cheap, so I appreciate that you guys took that into consideration when putting the weekend package together. Honestly, every single lady of this salon and spa is extremely nice, caring, and personable. I have something wonderful to say about every single person that works here. I was referred to Nicole at the beginning of the year, and I’m so glad I started coming here. When I started going, I had long hair(down to my waist), and I got it cut to my shoulders. She did and always does a wonderful job, and does it exactly how I show her. I highly recommend her. Everyone here is so sweet, and everyone is really friendly. I even enjoy getting my hair shampooed because my scalp gets massaged(shout out to Carrie). Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

We have well water and it helps to not wash my hair at home ALL the time. Today I came in for a more involved treatment that was priced just right and totally made my hair feel so much better! I will be doing this from now on just to save my hair and my color. Jessica instructed the shampoo girl on exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable with the products and the process.
