They accommodated my instant gratification, and had me in the chair an hour later.Corinna was amazing. She listened to my request, discussed options, (never reprimanded me for the Covid butchery I had put my hair through), and showed me how to style my hair on my own. Arianna was okay, she cut my kids hair perfect but mine on the other hand was not what wanted. I showed her a picture and told her I liked the layers but she did not cut layers in my hair. It was not what I wanted and I asked her twice to cut the layers shorter but it did not turn out how I wanted it. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Will not be returning here again and will also warn others.

I went in to get a full color job. I had blonde hair from a previous dye job but my roots were showing really bad (I have really dark brown hair). I asked if I could get my color job to my scalp but the woman said she didn’t have enough time to bleach my roots so I still have dark roots with my new color. That was a little irritating because I scheduled for a full color job. The service was nice though really nice lady’s. I like how my hair turned out other than my roots.
