Stephany was suppose to do my hair and did not text me the information and address until the time of my appointment so then we had to reschedule. I used my gas money to drive to the appointment and then she said she is at work and asked me if I was still available after waiting in the salon for 30 mins to an hour. This is the most unprofessional business I been to in a while. How can you trust someone who does not keep their word. Don’t waste your time.

The place is nice, the people are nice however the person who cut my hair ruined it completely and I sat in front of the mirror and cried for an entire hour. She had a picture to go by and I showed her several times. I kept asking about stuff but she just kept cutting and cutting. My husband had to help me take clippers to it. We even talked about anxiety and because I’m not afraid of bridges she said I don’t have it….. I am on disability for mental and physical illnesses. Lol. Like I cannot stress how important it is to listen to what the customer wants and not just do whatever you want. I called today and asked if anyone was experienced in cutting shorter hair… aka pixie cut…. they assured me this lady was the best. I literally would rather die before I walk out in public like this. I paid and gave tip just to get the heck out of there. She just wanted to keep cutting. I’m pretty sure her name was Edward Scissor Hands.
