The first time I came here was an appointment for my 10 year old daughters hair, she loved it! I then just tried this place myself..they squeezed me in last minute which was awesome. The girl I had was new but did great I had a root touch up (love the color) and cut. I believe it was the owner who helped with the cut and I absolutely love it!! Great experience with this place both times! We will definitely use them again!!

Critical: QualityAfter messaging a stylist about my hair and the things I wanted done to it, she assured we she could. When I get there, she asked to see the picture again. Everything was good. We get done with the appointment and it’s basically implied that what I am wanting done to my hair will require multiple appointments, and me paying a lot more than I originally anticipated. Now my hair looks literally 0% like I wanted it to AND it’s so uneven and the “ombre” isn’t good at all. Very disappointed but I don’t have the extra money to have it fixed. Went here for a couple of years and never felt welcome or comfortable. The owner is super rude, I imagine she’ll probably leave a rude response because I’m not giving them a 5 star review as she’s done to everyone else. I now go to another salon and can say I’d never go back to rumors.

They are great! I have a daughter with disabilities. They are always patient and make her feel comfortable. She even let them wax her eyebrows. It only took a couple of times being there and the same girl cutting her hair. It was awesome! We had tried for a couple of years with the lady who cuts my hair.
