First of all Sasha went above and beyond all expectations! When I arrived at the salon parking was easy which I love! The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and asked if I needed anything. It was so nice to be offered coffee and water because most salons aren’t offering those services. Sasha was so clear and direct about my services. I really didn’t think the color I wanted was achievable but she proved me wrong! She made it easy to understand the process, cost and maintenance.
