Booked an in-home appointment a month in advance for my wife’s 50th birthday so she could have a home spa day; nails & facial (from a different vendor.. who was here on time), massage, etc. Day and time (today, Dec. 4th) came and went, and nothing. Called her, and she said she totally forgot, but could be here in an hour. Okay, not great, but that still worked. An hour later, two, three… nothing, and no response to calls or text messages despite repeated attempts to contact her after another hour+ had gone by with no indication that she was still coming. Would give zero stars if I could. Not professional at all, and no communication. Thanks for ruining my wife’s home spa day. Don’t worry, I’m sure she won’t remember her 50th birthday anyway, no one does right? Would never contact again or recommend anyone use her services. What’s the point of booking services from a business in advance if using a calendar proves to be too difficult a task. I am absolutely outraged at the lack of respect she showed my wife and me today.
