We have been clients at Rues for over a year now. We used to be able to get an appt with Ricardo or Carlos. About 5 months ago we stopped being able to get appointments. So now we are walk ins. Not sure why or what we did seeing as my best friend can get her son an appointment with Ricardo no problem but we can’t. We always tip well. Came in today, got here at 3:50. Signed my son in. There were 2 people ahead of him on the WALK IN LIST. It is now 5:10. My son sat there the whole time and waited. Now all of a sudden the guy who “is the walk in guy” is taking appointments and my son gets pushed back. He now has 3 people in front of him. This is how this business runs. This is not the first time it has happened. We will not ever be back.
