Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy 17 year old went to JP for a hair cut. Her hair was too long and she wears it curly; she wanted some cut off and fit in her lifestyle. She also likes to wear it in a pony tail. She checked in and 30 minutes later left with a shorter than she asked for hair cut. She said the woman didn’t talk to her at all, didn’t listen to what she wanted and then charged her $90 dollars for a less than 30 minute cut appointment as she blew out her curly hair-straight! My daughter is fraught with distress now. Had this cut only been 20 dollars I wouldn’t be so upset but 90 dollars for a hair cut that she did not ask for is not acceptable. My 17 year old went to JP for a hair cut. Her hair was too long and she wears it curly; she wanted some cut off and fit in her lifestyle. She also likes to wear it in a pony tail. She checked in and 30 minutes later left with a shorter than she asked for hair cut. I came back and had it fixed, so I was OK with re-booking for a follow-up appointment a few months later. They booked my appointment for the wrong date! Way overpriced for an choppy and uneven haircut. And was charged $200 for an all over color and trim. Had a bad experience with the front desk woman as well. I sent an email explaining the situation and they didn’t even apologize, all they offered was for me to come back so they can fix the haircut. That’s not the point, I paid $65 for a haircut, it should have been perfect. Had an appointment and the stylist was 15 min late and the stylist rushed through the whole process. Way overpriced for an choppy and uneven haircut. And was charged $200 for an all over color and trim. Had a bad experience with the front desk woman as well. I sent an email explaining the situation and they didn’t even apologize, all they offered was for me to come back so they can fix the haircut.
