Critical: ProfessionalismI went 2 times previously and saw Deanna, and I could not recommend her enough. But, when I went back to get partial balayage and trim, the woman doing my hair completely ruined it. She cut it way too short after explaining to her that I wanted to keep it long, and the color was way too yellow. Not only did she leave the bleach foils right in my face, she also put me in the same washing station RIGHT after someone else. No cleaning the station in between. When I saw Deanna, the color was exactly what I was looking for, and I used the same reference picture for this new woman, and she completely ruined it. I walked out in tears, and it was $168… waste of time and money. Also, Deanna quit.
