First time going here and was very pleased. I had let my eyebrows grow for like 4 months, I was out of the country for over a month and I also have psoriasis so I’m very very careful to not do anything that causes trauma to my skin in fear that I’ll get a flare. Im also very specific with my skin care routine and products that I can use. So I was very nervous but Rubyz was so kind and took me in without appointment first thing in the morning, the place is clean and very serene, I wanted to stay and just enjoy the relaxing music . She was gentle and very professional. Would definitely go back and recommend

There is a new lady working there, and not only did it hurt badly when she threaded, I could feel her messing up my eyebrows. As a mom, my eyebrows are the only thing I treat myself to, so to walk out with very uneven and one super thin eyebrow, then still be charged, and of course tipped because I felt bad- not acceptable. Eyebrows highlight our face, and I have a special occasion coming up too. Training for eyebrows should not be done on paying customers. Very sad and disappointed.
