To be completely honest, I got a haircut that I wasn’t fully pleased with and upon calling in and letting them know, they not only asked me to come back in to fix it (which they did, beautifully), but they also gave me free product to make up for my troubles. I usually never leave reviews anywhere, but the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my haircut speaks volumes about this place. Tremendous customer service.
