Robbed me of $35 for a leg wax. I was running late and tried to call several times and all calls went straight to voicemail. I should up 20minutes late at their door and there was no one to answer. Not 1 call to see if I was arriving or not, like most places do. But I was promptly charged with a No Show fee for the full price. When it really should’ve been a 50% late cancellation, since I tried calling and DID in fact showed up. Very sketchy business, I won’t miss their humble little wax room. I guess this is how they make their money. For the record, I wasn’t even a first time customer so she (Claudia) could’ve had the decency to call and honor the 50% instead of losing a client.

Claudia is by far the best in Boise for getting your eyelashes done. She makes you look beautiful every time, plus it’s affordable compared to other places that do eyelash extensions. Had my legs and arms waxed. Took about 15 minutes each and she left so much hair still that I had to go to lunchbox wax and have them redo both the legs and the arms completely. I called and left a message for her expressing my concern about the service and she didn’t call me back. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but she didn’t resolve the issue and it ended up being a very expensive day for me. I will say she is very nice and has a cute clean studio. I really liked her I just need all the hair gone when I pay for a wax.

If you have not been into Ruby’s skin care atleast once to get pampered…you’re missing out. One of the best esthetician’s I’ve encountered! Has super affordable prices and amazing work. I’ve been getting all services done by Claudia since she started her business back in 2015. You are probably hesitant because there is a saying of you get what you pay for…. and all these other lash artist/ esthetician’s charge an arm and a leg. Well this isn’t the case, Claudia has never failed me or my family&friends. She’s very quick& efficient with any service she offers. Gentle, polite, clean ,outgoing and can’t forget professional. Her salon is super cute and always tidy. Thank you so much for your amazing work ,Claudia ! Keep it up !
