I have been going to Ruby’s for about a year now. They have always done a good job on my nails. Nina can drill off the old powder without making me soak my finger tips in acetone- which I hate to do. I quit getting pedicures a while back because they argue over who is going to do it. No one wants to get off their phone and do the pedicure. I have seen them “tell” on each other to Nina (the owner) and try to get out of doing the job. Now I will quit getting manicures there as well. The atmosphere is very negative. Nina did not say hello to me, nor did she say one word to me while she was working on me. She was having a phone conversation that seemed like a heated family issue. She spoke to the other family members in the salon about whatever was going on (of course in their language) while she angrily worked on me. She was extremely rough and burned me several times with the drill. She did not say goodbye or thank me as I left- probably because I did not tip her- for the first time ever. I don’t think I have ever experienced such unprofessionalism and such a negative atmosphere in a place of business. I hope things change so they do not continue to lose customers- like me.

Got my tips soaks off and french tip gel manicure and the gel coat has bubbles all over it. Definitely not worth the $50. Will not be returning. I had the older lady do my manicure. Very disappointed, was hoping to find something closer to home. Guess not. Manicure, Gel manicures

They had virtually no colors in stock. I had to choose 4 to find one. Lisa made my fingers bleed. She made my nails pointed when I asked for square round. She’d got grumpy when I didn’t like the color she chose. Hands are red and sore this AM. My friend asked for assistance with colors they had in stock and the guy told her to look for herself. He also clipped her acrylic nails off rather than soaking them off. Absolutely will not ever go back. — and to make it even worse, after a week, the top coat is already peeling!!

The owner checked me and my daughter in and said they could get started on us with no wait. She started to soak my daughters nail polish (was powder) off after we sat there for 20 minutes and I asked her if they could do that. Then 30 minutes later she asked us to move to the pedicure chair where we sat for another 20 minutes with NOONE starting on us. When we got up to leave I told her that we are leaving because we are tired of waiting. She demanded that we pay $15 because she soaked off my daughters nail polish on her fingers. FIFTEEN dollars to soak off polish???? Then was rude on top of it. I should not have paid her. Horrible customer service and made us wait without letting us know there would be over an hour wait!!! NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!! I will let everyone I know to never use this place.

Rubys nail spa is not somewhere I recommend to go. They aren’t very good at keeping up with appointments . It has happened twice where we arrange an appointment and then claim that I never booked a spot with them. Nina and Nini are very unpunctual with their appointments. Last time I went to this place, Nini told me that she was too busy to attend me ( When I had made an appointment) so I had to go with Nina. She seemed mad about it, too. She left my nails a mess! Therefore I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever.

It is family owned and operated and they all do excellent work, as I heard other customers say how happy they were when they got done. NiNi helped me and did such an amazing job. It is family owned and operated and they all do excellent work, as I heard other customers say how happy they were when they got done. NiNi helped me and did such an amazing job. I went in to get a fill and fix from the terrible set I had put on at a different salon. They were quick to sit me down and get started. Holly was the lady who did my nails and she made them look so good. She even made my dry cuticles look amazing. She was quick and awesome. I love the job she did. I will definitely be going back and asking for her. Normally when I get my nails done I can always see some kind of flaw or something that doesn’t look right but this time, there is not one thing I saw. All of my nails look great and fresh. I’m excited to go back and get another fill! I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very nice.
