Terrible experience. I booked an appointment as a bride with my wedding in a day, appointment was cancelled and asked to come sooner, fine i moved My schedule around so i could. Spa pedicure was decent but the manicure, why would you not have the bride with an experience tech. She shredded my nails, they were uneven dirty dry, not a single spot of cuticle oil, lotion anything was put on just dry cutting then i told Her how uneven the nails were she proceeded to file them so far down they hurt and someone still managed to have them uneven and dirty. Then said it’s because i had Short nails, which i did Not come in with after she filed them to death. Terrible now my nails will look like a 12 year olds nails for all my wedding pictures. Do not recommend at all.

This is the cleanest and prettiest salon around, all the nail techs are friendly and do a wonderful job. Definitely recommend, I got a spa pedi and it was the best spa pedi ive ever had, Johanna was great! And my dip powder came out beautifully ❤️ 10 !!!! I had great expectations when the new owner took over. It does have a nice look inside and the staff is friendly but it’s impossible to get an appointment. When you call they’re always trying to push you off a few days because there’s no availability. You definitely cannot do a walk in. It’s very challenging to have a nail salon like this. Luckily we have a lot of competition in town where you can call a day or two prior to need an appointment or just walk in. Hopefully they change their policy where they do either hire more technicians to take on more customers or figure out a better way to avoid making customers wait over a week for an appointment

Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s unfortunate that I have to leave yet another bad review for this place. I came in on August 12th to get a lash lift and tint which came out to $60. The lash tech who did my lashes that day didn’t explain anything to me. She didn’t explain the process or the aftercare. She was sweet but it would’ve been nice if she would’ve educated me about the service since this was my first time getting it. When she was done, she gave me a mirror and I’m not sure whether it was the lighting or what but my lashes looked decent. However, it wasn’t until I got home and I really took the time to look at them that I noticed that they were barely lifted or tinted. I was disappointed. I ended up writing a review on Google the same day. About a week later, I receive a text msg from the owner apologizing for my poor experience and offering me a complimentary mani and pedi. I declined the mani pedi and asked if I could get either get a refund or come in for another lash lift and tint. She obliged and said that she would call me to set up an appt date and time. She told me that her other lash tech would be out for a month. I told her I didn’t mind the refund or the appt. Whatever was easier for her. She never called me back. I ended up texting her twice on September 27th and October 2nd to no avail. I decided to call the studio on Friday, October 29th and asked to speak to the owner. She remembered who I was and asked about my availability for the following week. I told her I’d be available on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd. She told me that she would call me back to let me know of any available appointments. I found this to be a bit peculiar because why couldn’t you just tell me over the phone whether you had any availability? This is when I knew she was playing me. I spent the entire Friday waiting for her to call me back. I never heard from her. I ended up having to call the studio yesterday to try to speak to her. The receptionist picked up and told me that the owner wasn’t available to speak. I left my name and phone number with the receptionist who informed me that she would call me back. I really wanted to like this place but the professionalism and customer service is subpar.
