DO NOT USE THIS SALON FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE DAY. I have used ruby salon for tanning and getting my bridal hair trial done. Those two experiences went well. Then, on my wedding day I had them come out and do hairstyling for all my bridesmaids and me. It cost 65 per bridesmaid and 85 for bridal hair. First, one of the stylists was rude to my mother and two maid of honors telling them in a nonprofessional way to get everyone there at the same time so they could rapid fire and get everyone done. I was told that both hairstylists came in that morning with a bad attitude to begin with and it probably didn’t matter if we had all the girls there to begin with because they still would have been rude and pushy. I was told they would need 30-40 minutes per girl previously so I had a schedule and set them up to be there in 25 minute increments. Both hairstylists continued to be pushy and rude throughout the entire time they were there. I realized they didn’t want a schedule and wanted everyone to be there at the same time but handled it very poorly and made my big day unnecessarily stressful and it resulted in a very upsetting beginning to my big day which I had spent SO much time, energy, and money on which they clearly did not care about. On top of that, I felt like I was just a number as they only spent 15 minutes on my hair. I paid 85 dollars plus a tip then looked in the mirror and it looked nothing like what I wanted. They redid it when I asked but seemed agitated that I would ask for it to be redone. Then, after the second time, my bump was lopsided, hairs were sticking out everywhere, and there were flakes in my hair from combed through hairspray. They did not pay attention to detail at all. They only spent about 20 minutes on my bridesmaids and charged 65 each. They rarely straightened, curled, or did any prep work to make the hairstyle come out the way it should. I could’ve done a better job with all the hairstyles than they did. I could tell the hairstylists were only there to make money as quickly as they could and leave. They did not care about anything else, and especially did not care how they could make my special day better.

All the workers are so rude, once they see you desi they start treating you like 3rd world countries. In my 5 year experience they are bad as hell. They will keep judging you and say taunts at you about the way you look. I am paying for my services if I have thick eyebrows and you don’t want to do it just let me know I will take my business elsewhere. Also shamelessly they keep asking for tip. And they even listen what kind of brows you want.

Ruby salon is wonderful. Cute, clean, and very welcoming. I’ve never been to ruby before so it was my first time. Very nice girls who work there, and the check in process was super simple. Also, I had my lashes done by Amanda and they look and feel amazing! Highly recommend!! Not only do they look great but she explained how to properly take care of them and was great to talk to. Overall, I will be coming back. Ruby was a wonderful experience!

Ruby’s sent over the sweetest stylist, Lexi, to do mine and my mother’s hair for my wedding. We sent her photos prior of updo’s we liked, and she was able to create them beautifully. Our hair stayed in place all night!
