Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for very simple Valentine’s Day nails & walked out like this. I was charged $50 for these & mind you it was a fill. Not only is the nail art worse absolutely horrid, but she also put 4-5 layers of black polish on my nails followed by 3 layers of top coat. I was in absolute disbelief & could not wait to get out of that chair. After crying in my car (I’m pregnant & emotional), I went elsewhere to get them fixed. Then when I called to speak with the owner about getting a refund, they denied me a refund. This is the most unprofessional work I’ve ever seen & by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in for very simple Valentine’s Day nails & walked out like this. I was charged $50 for these & mind you it was a fill. Not only is the nail art worse absolutely horrid, but she also put 4-5 layers of black polish on my nails followed by 3 layers of top coat. I don’t normally leave reviews. Two stars because the lady was really nice. She applied too much polish to my nails that then flowed onto my skin and burnt my fingers when they were drying under the light. She then had to try and remove the excess polish by filing and cutting it away which caused loss of polish to my nails on the sides when it got scraped by the file. It’s been a few days and one is already peeling off. Massage was minimal. My daughters polish was also very thickly applied and had mainly peeled off by the next day.

DO NOT GET DIP HERE!I don’t know the name of the person that did my nails, but I just know it was a man, but he completely destroyed my nails that I’ve been working on getting healthy for months and months. He chopped them off without asking me so short that it was uncomfortable and then thinned them out so much and the dip on my nails that all they’re doing is cracking and shipping Days after I got them done and I don’t do handiwork with my hands. I literally use a computer and my phone for work. I’ve gotten dip nails at many different places and they have not been nearly as bad and have never deystroyed my nails. I’m so disappointed and sad.

It’s very important to me to have clean, sterile tools, and know that what is touching my feet hasn’t just scrubbed some strangers. So 5 stars to Ruby’s for their meticulous cleanliness! Fresh pumice stone, toes separators, buffer, and file provided, for u to keep and bring back ($3 charge) basin liners used, and fresh tools between clients. Shop is new and very pretty, excellent chairs, soothing music, relaxing atmosphere. Deluxe pedicure took 1 hour( with polish and nail art) . Only negative was during my 11yo’s manicure, the new file on her short nails cut her skin, and we all had to repeatedly caution them that the water, or towels were too hot. that’s a preference for us, but in some instances that can be dangerous so be aware to test temp 1st! Overall, I would definitely recommend, will come back here. Staff was awesome very friendly. Cash tips only, drinks offered, wine over 21, free wifi. Free no fee ATM in shop.

I have been coming here for years now – since they opened and have loved how well they treat me mother how is 93 when we go. They are gentle and help her get to the chair and support her while i am getting my pedicure. Today was not so good- I scheduled an appointment for 330- arrived with the 3 people for appointment and there were two ladies picking colors and all the other staff were busy. Then i noticed they seated the ladies that came in at the same time as us and started their nails. We were there at 327PM so on time. I had to wait till after 4PM to get started. When the man did my gel pedi he- gave me a 4-5 min massage and kept pushing my legs and kind of rough handling of my legs to get me into the light for the gel. I asked him why he did such a short massage and he ignored me. My service took at 45 minutes so i guess that is just expected? It’s never been this way. They are always polite and gentle and give good massages. Mind you it was super busy. What i would have appreciated was some extra TLC given that they started 30 min late and maybe even comp the more expensive ped- I paid for the 40 dollar basic pedi and gel i think 10$ more. It’s not really spelled out well on the sheet – but for sure this was the worst session. I am thinking i need to find a new place to go. I have loved the way they treat my mother but I just didn’t like being treated so abruptly when they were the ones that overbooked and started me late. WE were on a time crunch so it was not best of service. Glad they were super busy – i love seeing business thrive– makes me happy- but being cut short on a good massage was just a deal breaker for me.. Searching for a new place- suggestions? Close– i found a few- i’ll try. But these guys have good quality just today I did not like the way i was disrespected and given a 4 min massage. Literally and i’m not exaggerating. IT was just not right given they were 30 min late with me.. I know your busy– cut the price not the practice and treatment.

They got me in right away for a manicure/pedicure, I went with a top-of-the-line jelly pedicure which I highly recommend. The experience was amazing, and the massage was great!
