I use to go here for my pedicures — Will never use them again– took my grand daughter there to have her nails and toes painted — pedicure done reg nail polish and just her her nails paint because she has short stubby nails , for her for school dance— they charge me over $90.00!!!! Really???? That is 100%?crazy— they try to say she ask for acrylic on her short little stubby nails, (?) No- way she 14 and I told them, reg nail polish why would I pay for acrylic on nails when they were super short? Total rip offs!!! OH Yes, I was there watching TV, while she was being done, there never dream had to watch every move that they would rip people off!!! May I add– the so call acrylic was off her nails in two days!!!!!!! UGH

So I went in maybe December 30th it was last Thursday. It’s not January 4th. My one nail, the one that’s half chipped, pretty much is falling off. This is my second time going. The first time I loved it but the second time they rushed it. My moms nails were even bad. They didn’t paint her whole nail. Update a day later, this part was edited, my nail did fall off.

I went for a pedicure with my daughter, best friend, and her daughter for my birthday. We were not disappointed at all. We all were able to get them at the same time and it was fantastic. They had a wide variety of colors to choose from and different options for what they offer. While it is a bit pricey, what isn’t right now. The staff are all very friendly as well.

Never going back there again! I went for a refill and was told I had to get a full new set because of the ombré dip that was used as paint on my nails the first time I went to get my nails done. The girl that did my nails today was completely rude! She told me that she would have to give me a whole new set due to the ombré dip as I stated above. I was okay with it and told her I would’ve never gotten that had I been told. When she saw that I wanted to use regular nail polish on top of the acrylic, she got upset because I refused to get what she was insisting I get-the gel polish. She told me for that (since I wanted regular nail polish only) I might as well just get my nails painted and not get acrylic. She was hard on my nails and mentioned to her when she was buffering my nails, they were burning. She completely ignored me. She then proceeded to insist yet once again, I get the gel polish on top of the acrylic. Not only did she not bother to prep my nails other than take the other ones with ombré off, but she didn’t cut my actual nails that had gotten longer. She continued to be upset and rude with me over not choosing to do what she wanted me to do. To the point where she pointed to the other customer getting gel polish on her nails. I stood my ground and told her no. At this point, I was already fed up with her and ignored the rest of her stupid childish insistence. Needless to say I paid for the job without tip. They’re lucky I didn’t get up and leave.
