I didn’t even get a chance to get anything done because these unprofessional people proceeded to take every single person who came in after me before me. They are always under staffed and you always have to wait, so this really made for a horrible experience for me. I will never go here again ever! And I was a loyal customer.

I had such a great experience at Ruby nails. I didn’t have an appointment and although they were extremely busy with people finally getting out after Covid, they took me in a timely manner. Kelly was so fabulous! I got a manicure and a pedicure. Not only did she do an awesome job. She was so friendly as well as professional I can’t wait to go back and have her do my nails again. I would highly recommend.

The first time I went there the husband / owner did my nails and he was very nice and polite he struck up a conversation. They do not have their fees listed on the wall so you have to ask them for their fee for whatever Services you may want.

I had an open mind even though I read the reviews about appointments, rude staff, etc. I feel if you want to be acknowledged make an appointment and become a regular customer. They received much better service- greeted, seated first. I was in first and seated 4th. I don’t know how they expect to retain new customers. I had to ask the technician to smooth my nails down…if I feel they’re rough I’m sure she can feel them too. I’ll return to my other salon even though it’s in another community.
