The service was great! There were 3 of us getting a pedicure for my moms birthday and it was so relaxing! They did such a nice job with the gel polish application, cleaning up our cuticles, and the massage! I loved all the oils, masks, and hot rocks they used as well as the paraffin. It was so relaxing

I LOVE IT HERE! My friend recommended this place, so we made the drive down here (we live an hour away) and was not disappointed. Greeted as soon as you walk in and feel welcomed. If they’re a bit busy, they’ll check in on you to assure you will be taken care of asap. My technician was so kind and professional, he was gentle and so precise on his work. All for an amazing price. Thank you so much!! We will definitely come back!

VY did such a good job on my nails!! She was so kind and from the beginning told me to let her know if I feel any discomfort. Though, she was so gentle that I didn’t have to. Jacob also gave my mom the best foot massage with her pedicure, followed by amazing nails she is very happy about! He made sure she was happy with her nails from the beginning to end. This is now our go-to salon for sure!!

Vy has been doing an amazing job for over a year now. I even moved to Arizona a few months ago and cannot find anyone that knows perfection like Vy. I come to see her every time I am in town. I have also never had someone so kind and gentle work on my nails. I never feel awkward and am always comfortable asking for exactly what I want. I am incredibly picky when it comes to my acrylic nails. I like them thin, short, and natural. Vy has been doing an amazing job for over a year now. I even moved to Arizona a few months ago and cannot find anyone that knows perfection like Vy. I come to see her every time I am in town. I have also never had someone so kind and gentle work on my nails. I never feel awkward and am always comfortable asking for exactly what I want. I recommend these guys to everyone!

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially because I don’t ever leave reviews at all, but I felt like I should let others know before they face the same situation as I did. Today I went to Ruby Nails to get my acrylic nails removed, and I got seated right away, which was nice but expected. The man that removed my nails was not the sweetest, and barely said a word to me as he started clipping my nails a little aggressively, and pretty painfully he started to try to pry them off with his clippers. I asked if he could dremel the acrylic off, which he did so, but to the point it burned my nail beds… He soaked the remaining acrylic off my nails in a warm tub of acetone but left me there while he was on his phone… The whole time he was playing on his phone and barely acknowledging me, and then would come back and scrape my nails a little more. Overall my nails aren’t completely destroyed which i’m happy about, but they are very thin. I wish that this business took better care in making their customers feel happy and satisfied. This experience made me feel as though I was “burdening” this man to receive a service.

I don’t want to complain! The girl who did my nails did a good job and my nails came out nice but it’s been one day!!! I got gel nails TODAY and one nail has already chipped! I wasn’t doing anything strenuous with my fingers or anything to make them chip. I think the polish might have been a bit old. I’m so upset because I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow and I didn’t want to worry about my nails the whole time. Hence the gel polish. Ugh.
