Ruby Nails is my absolute favorite salon!¡! I always leave with a set I love that doesn’t require reshaping etc. Honestly that’s rare. The second you walk in the door you’ll be welcomed and feel like they’re happy to have your business. I have never been treated rude or felt rushed even though they are extremely busy. If your looking for a go to trust me and give them a try.

They do a very good job on your nails and make sure they are done correctly. I have gotten my nails done here twice and I have been more than satisfied both times. Prices arent really that expensive for the great quality you get. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because they were not very talkative. It can be very awkward when they are doing your nails but they are not having a conversation with you. But I understand why because they are extremely busy. Overall they are very quick and they do a great job with their limited time. Much better than Virginia.

Critical: ProfessionalismIssue came up had to cancel within 10 min had to reschedule and then blocked me!!!! Should have known when the phone Rang and Rang, no answer, no voicemail and had to message them to confirm they booked me and then no call or message confirming appointment!!!
